Cover Length

This is the length of the top cover material on the orthotic (regardless of any poron or shell length selection).

The options are to the Mets, to the Sulcus, or Full-Length.

When the full-length is selected with no mention of cutting to a specific size in Notes for Lab Staff, sending a template with measurements or the physical innersole or shoe, we will aim to oversize the orthotic. We oversize our orthotics because we are unaware of what shoe they will go into; it could be a dress shoe to a work boot. Oversizing will ensure that no matter what shoe the orthotic is to be fitted into, it will either fit or need to be trimmed to fit with scissors.

Full-length EVA devices may require a grinder to adjust the size; we suggest providing a template with measurements or selecting a ¾ shell with a full-length top cover, allowing you to trim the top cover down with scissors.
